Solutions

From tracking the agenda to the final decision.

Six services that can be combined depending on the issue. Every number we deliver comes with a source, an uncertainty range and a date.

Agenda radar

"What is coming up, and does it affect me?"

What it is
Monitoring of bills, regulations and government acts related to your issue, with the chance that each one moves forward in the coming weeks.
You receive
Alerts by issue, a weekly bulletin and a list of what changed stage, with rapporteur, procedure and deadline.
What's different
It is not just a summary of what happened: we say what is likely to happen and how likely it is.

Decision forecasting

"Will it pass? With how many votes?"

What it is
The probability that a bill or a rule is approved, based on voting records, party positions and the government scenario.
You receive
A probability with an uncertainty range, each legislator's likely vote and the list of undecided members who will decide the outcome.
What's different
We record the forecast before the vote and publish the outcome afterwards, in the forecast ledger.

Stakeholder mapping

"Who decides, and what do they think?"

What it is
A profile of every person who weighs on the decision: legislators, rapporteurs, committee chairs, ministers and regulators.
You receive
Voting record and departures from the party line, issues, committees, constituency, public positions and degree of influence on your issue.
What's different
Only official and open sources. We do not store anyone's sensitive personal data.

Engagement strategy

"Where do I start?"

What it is
A plan that sets whom to talk to first, with which argument and when, focused on where an effort changes the outcome the most.
You receive
Priorities by person and by party, main argument, owner, next step and weekly follow-up.
What's different
Legitimate levers only: merit, constituency, party position, consistency and institutional participation.

Territorial intelligence

"Why does this matter to their constituency?"

What it is
Official indicators for each official's territory (health, sanitation, education, jobs, emergencies), weighted by the votes they received.
You receive
For each name, where their constituency is worse off than the national average, and a local argument for the conversation.
What's different
It links the national decision to the concrete problem of the people who vote, with no trading of favors.

Analysis and scenarios

"What if the government changes?"

What it is
Readings of the same issue under different scenarios: government for or against, change of government, new rapporteur, a party switching sides.
You receive
Scenarios side by side, with what changes in each and the typical error of that kind of projection.
What's different
We say when a scenario is an extrapolation rather than a tested forecast.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Which countries do you cover?

We started with Brazil, where our data and our tests are. The method was designed for any legislature and government with public voting and agenda data, and expanding to other Latin American countries is our next step. We work in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Do you guarantee the outcome?

No. We show trends and uncertainty. A 62% chance means that, in similar situations, the outcome happened about 6 times out of 10, not that approval is certain.

Where does the data come from?

From official and open sources: legislatures, electoral bodies, statistics offices and transparency portals. We do not use paid data, we do not collect sensitive personal data and we cite the source of every number.

Do you lobby?

We do public affairs: analysis, strategy and support for your organization's institutional engagement, always within each country's law and with legitimate levers. We never suggest positions, money or personal advantage in exchange for a decision.

How does an engagement work?

By issue or by portfolio of issues, with access to the platform and support from the team. The scope is agreed in the first conversation.
